Hi, I’m Lydia, the face behind Eat. Graze. Cheese.
What started as a love for entertaining and creating extravagant charcuterie boards for family and friends has grown into something I truly love sharing with others.
For years, whenever I was invited to a gathering, everyone knew I’d be showing up with a spread. My oversized, five-foot charcuterie boards quickly became my signature, and after plenty of encouragement from friends and family, Eat. Graze. Cheese. was born.
As a mom of three girls, I know how special it is to bring people together, whether it’s a casual night with friends, a family celebration, or a milestone event.
I take pride in creating beautiful, thoughtfully arranged grazing boards that are just as enjoyable to look at as they are to eat. No two boards are ever the same, and that’s exactly how I like it.
For me, it’s about more than cheese. It’s about good food, great company, and making every gathering a little more memorable.

Custom themes and dietary preferences can be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Pickup & Delivery
Curbside pickup is available, along with local delivery throughout Collingwood and Blue Mountain for an additional fee.

Freshly Made, Beautifully Presented
Every charcuterie board is freshly prepared on the day of your order and carefully wrapped for safe transportation and storage. For the best quality and freshness, same-day enjoyment is recommended.
What’s Included
Each board features a thoughtfully arranged assortment of cured meats, cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, sweet treats, and accompaniments such as honey or specialty preserves.
Crackers are included either on the board or packaged separately, depending on the size and arrangement.
As every board is individually created, selections and presentation may vary based on seasonal availability.
Upgrades & Special Requests
Looking for something extra? Premium cheese selections, such as truffle cheese, and other customizations may be available for an additional charge.
Please note that products may contain nuts or come into contact with other common allergens.
